Yep, will need a good bit of clocking the 4670 runs at 750Mhz GPU and 1000Mhz mem (2000MHz DDR) the model you linked to has a core of 600MHz and 700MHz mem (1400MHz DDR).

That is a pre OCed model to 650MHz Core and 900MHz RAM looses about 10-12% on the 4670, they do get it to clock to 807MHz Core and 1174Mhz Mem so it looks promising :D

They managed to get it to 790mhz for the core and 860mhz for the RAM - not too bad at all!! :) It also has an HDMI ouput too!!
However you can an HD4670 for 62 quid delivered from Tekheads though:
