Looking to upgrade my graphics card to a newer PCI-E ATI Radeon HD card. The card must be passively cooled. Must have DVI output and HDMI output with sound (via HDMI port or via DVI with dongle).
PC is not really used for gaming apart from playing some older games and Wolf ET online.
Looking to spend about £100.
What are your recommendations?

Thanks for all the links. I searched all the main manufacturers of graphics cards websites to see what models were available.
I decided to spend a bit less and went for a Asus ATI Radeon HD 3650 Vcool Silent 512MB GDDR3.

The 120mm fan on the side panel of the NZXT Rogue blows cool air on the graphics card. The PSU location in the NZXT is directly above the PCI / PCI-E slots so the PSU is sucking hot air out so this setup works well, with the heatsink on the Asus being on the front of the card. On my old passive Sapphire card it was behind the card.
