I'm considering a new graphics card...

I currently have an 8800GT and am running it on 1680x1050. If I were to upgrade would it be worth it to get another and go the SLi route (costing about £105, checking ebay prices) OR would it be better to sell my current card and put the money towards a 216 core 260GTX?

i would sell up and get a new one personally. I got the gtx 260 and its a fantastic card! my fps doubled over my 8800gts then with a q6600 its stuck @125 solid on cod

I'd sell up and go with the GTX260.

I'm planning to do something like that once i've got my new rig but i may wait to see the next round of cards first.
Even if they are some time away

Yeah if you can get £100 for the 8800GT I would sell it and get a 260, theres little real point in going SLI/XFIRE unless you do it when hardware is new.
