I've only just taken ownership of the card (and it's a different card to yours) - I've heard of various home-brew solutions that basically involve packing the capacitors/VRMs in insulating material (nail varnish) to dampen the vibrations which cause the noise. But they're all quite extreme and likely to duff your card, which given how much that must have cost you I wouldn't say was worth the risk. Best to cap framerates, check for groundings etc. and otherwise grin and bare it. If it's actually coming through your speakers/headphones then it sounds more like electonic noise than vibration, and that could be solved with anything from driver updates to making sure your sound card/headphone jack is properly grounded etc.
