couldnt find any reviews, i did find one guy complaining about it overheating but apart from press releases thats as far as it goes... why that guy admitted to owning one i don't know, he thanked the forum for never letting him down and yet he went out and got one of those..

1.5gb of ddr2 at 192-bit ??
How many variants of this card are there??
Here is my list so far:
1.) 8800GS 384mb GDDR3
2.) 8800GS 768mb GDDR3
3.) Galaxy 8800GS 384mb which could softmodded to a 8800GTS 512mb
4.) 9600GSO 384mb GDDR3
5.) 9600GSO 768mb GDDR3
6.) 9600GSO 768mb GDDR2
7.) 9600gso 1.5gb GDDR2
8.) Asus 9600GSO "Magic" - the "Magic" being the 128bit memory bus with 512mb of GDDR2!! This card also has a VERY unusual design with the GPU and cooler located towards the end of the card.
9.) 9600GSO 512mb GDDR3 - this 48 stream shaders with 512mb of RAM on 256 bit memory bus
we may know its a waste of time... BUT alot of people today are building thier first PC's and this product will obviously seem crazily good to them and cheap! = buy
On the plus side maybe cards like this will kill of the 32bit OS as you'd have less than 2.5 gb addressable system memory.
I'm sure it's marketed towards the average PC World punter like my mate who believes his 9400GT 1GB is better than my GTX260 because it has more memory...
If this card could be run as a ram drive it would be amazing...
