Anybody have release date for new grafx cards???
Hi all,
I am waiting for the new ATI and NVIDIA cards to come out in the hope that the 9800XT or
FX 5950 will come down in price.
I heard the end of march or beginning of April but there hasn't been any advertising for them as far
as I have seen.
Let me know if you have any news on this?

I heard that when DOOM 3 comes out it will be bundled with the latest graphics card
It would be good marketing to do it just before HalfLife2 is released - which all we know so far is the summer.

i think it still stands and the 9800xt will run hl2 at a very high framerate anyway.

How do you mean? It's a voucher that we'd have to send off and wait for it to be delivered. A bit sucky but it makes my 9600XT a lot cheaper if you think about it!!
Same would go for Doom 3 being bundled with graphic cards, I'd just think about it as getting a discount on the card!
