    GPU overclocking

    Hi all
As its bank holiday and the weather is poor I have decided to have a play with overclocking my 280GTX.
I have had a little play before but any extra help would be nice.
    Thanks in advance.

    Re: GPU overclocking

    Thanks Stephince for your reply.
I think I should have explained myself a little better when I asked for help. I have RivaTuner and use ATITool for the stress test.
I have the graphics card overclocked at the moment at :-
    710 core clock
    1506 Shader clock
    1260 memory clock

I have just carried out a test for one hour without any problems.
The question is, what do I increase to get even better performance ie core, shader, memory

    Re: GPU overclocking

Raise one until your system crashes/artifacts. When it does drop to back about 10mhz and move on to the next variable. Work that one to the same point then drop it back again.
