nVidia Display Driver Stopped Responding
Hello, I've been having awful problems trying to watch anything using Windows Media Center and BBC iPlayer (flash-based streaming player). I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium and running a BFG 8800GTX OC2 768MB GDDR3 Dual DVI HDTV Out HDCP enabled PCI-E Graphics Card using a liquid cooling system and exhaust fans.
I've checked the temperature of the GPU (56°c) and downloaded the latest drivers; still having the same problems. Could someone please help me to resolve this issue?

Re: nVidia Display Driver Stopped Responding
hook a fan up and hold it so it blows onto the vRAM, see if it changes anything.
Re: nVidia Display Driver Stopped Responding
Thank you very much for your response.
I'm using a liquid cooling GPU heatsink so the vRAM is not exposed to do this. I am assuming it is the vRAM that needs cooling on the GPU.
Re: nVidia Display Driver Stopped Responding
Try underclocking the card to see if it has any effect.

Re: nVidia Display Driver Stopped Responding
You can do it by using rivatuner: http://downloads.guru3d.com/RivaTune...nload-163.html
just drop the memclock and core clock back to their stock speeds for an 8800gtx
Re: nVidia Display Driver Stopped Responding
Right, I've downloaded and installed RivaTuner, I've looked on google for clock speeds (but found nothing for this model). Could you please tell me what to change them to? Thank you.
