    New Monitor Time

the time has come to look at a new monitor as my current crt is beginning to play up.

looking for ideally (if there is such a thing)

22" screen as my gfx is only an 8800gts/320.
DVI or Dsub not sure which is best, would like to do away with the converter on the back of my card.
£150 max maybe could sqeeze a little more - lower if you can find it.
and must not have a hint of silver on it - call me picky but printer/ext drive and k/b are all black, even the cable modem is black

so what can you guys come up with for price & performance, and i'm gonna look at getting it over the weekend.

just had a look and found this http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/22-Ii...x10502ms-DVI-D, any good? from past use they were solid monitors.

    Re: New Monitor Time

well if anybody is intrested, i ended up adding a few pound more to the budget and got the prolite 2209HDS.

thus far am impressed with it, cod4 is taking a bit of getting used to in widescreen instead of a square crt, and it making my neck hurt
