    Personally I like the ATI Tool which makes a good stab at working out the max core & mem clock speeds for you. Have found you can push the card a bit further than the values it comes up with.

    RadClocker is part of RadLinker, i just prefer to install it individually although i've never installed the entire RadLinker package probably because i've only needed RadClocker, i'm sure the rest of the package is great though.
