This HD4830 has lower power consumption than the HD4770 and has 800 shaders too:

It would be nice if a bus powered HD4770 came out with a shorter PCB as if this can be done with the HD4830 it should be possible.
All good but im really confused by their power usage results, imo i think they are totally wrong as for example they list the 4870 512mb running at 234w idle and yet a 4870x2 is 230w idle and the 4890 is inbetween them and the 4770 is listed ~10w higher than a 4850 on idle and 10W lower on load but the 4770 is more efficient than that.
It would also seem it uses more than 75w(its about 91W on load) which afaik can cause stability issues, perhaps they are just "cheating" the market by not playing itself when other manufacturers are. The only difference i see is the unlocked shaders.
