    Low power 9800GT's

Anyone know where I can get one of these in the UK? seen Galaxy do one but cant see any resellers.
Seen that there passive and use no PCI-E power connector so will be perfect for my HTPC / lan box.

Also anyone know if Nvidia / ATI are bringing anyting out thats more powerfull yet still passive / no PCI-E power? 40nm cards perhaps?

Ebuyer has a 9800GT which doesn't need a power connector (It has a small fan)

Zotac 9800GT ECO Edition 512MB £79.99 (It was £66 last week)

I was looking at this card last week but I couldn't find any reviews

    Re: Low power 9800GT's

That is a hell of a lot of power to get rid of without a fan. At work I have a passive 6200 card (just enough for dual head) and honestly, even that gets damned hot. You either need big case fans or a fan on the card.

I would aim for a card with a huge, slow & quiet fan on it.
