When you have enough posts, the For Sale forums become visible.
Yes, but you need 100 posts to access that section. Until then, I'm afraid not.
Thank you for the heads up chaps really appreciate that 100 posts is not bad, I can do that, now I'm off work with a medical condition I have more time on my hands to go through the forums and help others.
Thanks![]()
Indeed, it isn't hard with a bit of application. We've got a wide range of subjects catered for, and it should be too hard to hit. It also, in a small way, protects members because that small element that are out to exploit members usually can't be bothered. There's easier places to go.
Happy posting ...... though I hope the "medical condition" isn't too serious, or too chronic.

Oh and computer/technology/electronics only.

Are there any mechanisms in place to stop people scamming you on here though as many prefer bank transfer??
Well, the answer to that is logical.
First, there's basic information in the FAQ. But, of course, it's a FAQ so few people think to look there. For the way people seem to treat it, it's a better place to hide stuff than in a sticky.![]()
Secondly, the detailed rules aren't really relevant until people gain access, so we don't put the whole lot in the FAQ as all it would do is make the FAQ harder to read. So the level of info in the FAQ is aimed at all users, including new ones that don't have access. For the sake of simplicity, we keep the actual Sales rules in one place - in the sales section.
Thanks for the replies, I'm really fussy when it comes to hardware and I will spend money on something which I will probably end up selling. but it will not take me long to get there... I'm not just answering topics just for the fun of it to bump up the quote of 100 far from it.
I'm already nearing 40 and not far to go now, being off work long term helps, a bit boring but at least I get to play all the games I have missed out on overthe last couple of months.
By the end of next week I bet I will hit 100 posts, anybody want to bet.![]()
