I have this just lying about and was wanting to see roughly how much I could reasonably ask for it?
It is an HIS version with 256mb ram, the cooler is great, very quiet and keeps temps under control, and I had it briefly clocked to 800mhz with no extra volts, though decided to go for a more sensible oc of 750mhz ish for the long term, can't remember what the mem did but it was pretty good as well.

The 256MB are not worth an awful lot. It is ranked with my x1950pro (256mb) which is worth about £10. I would swap though as yours is a series 2! so probably about £13-£15 at sensible prices.
