Re: component cable splitter
This should do the job for you. It's not cheap but I'd expect it to make no noticeable difference to the picture quality

Re: component cable splitter
i can only see composite on that unit
would this work?

without any problems?
Re: component cable splitter
Or, why dont you just use a VGA adaptor for 360, job done.
Re: component cable splitter
You want one of these:

Not cheap, but excellent. No degredation in the video signal at all, and Mr J.S. himself repaired mine free of charge when it went belly up.
I might even sell mine if you're interested in one, as it currently sits on a shelf doing nothing.

I've not tried on a monitor I'm afraid though it should still work fine, as the monitor won't think the signal has changed, it will just be the switcher that does the hard work - I assume.
Also, are you likely to have both consoles on at once? I assume not, so the priority switching shouldn't be an issue even.
FYI, the reasons it's doing nothing are:
1. Dropped my PS2 ages ago, so went back to only having one component device
2. Have now bought an AVR with 3 in/1 out component switching so have no need for it.
Will drop you a PM in a bit about the item itself.
