depends what else you have in your pc ;)
but off your specs, if all is the same execpt for a 8800gts 512mb for the only graphics card then yes it'll be fine :)
PS 8800gts requires only 1 pci-e connector.

all that stuff and a DVD/CD player jobby and i would take the 9500GT and use it as a spare in case things go tits up.

I do love the way they fudge the numbers on TV's a resolution of 1440x900 yet it's 1080i :rolleyes:
