Blu-Ray Advice

Hi,

Wasn't sure what category to put this question in but here goes.

I am getting a 24" full HD monitor and wanted to take advantage of blu-ray. Now my new monitor will only have a dvi-d and standard vga connections. Can I play blu-ray movies with this connection or do I need to go for a monitor that has hdmi ?

I think if you use a dvi to hdmi adapter (possible on both ends) it's supposed to be acceptable. Make sure the monitor is HDCP compliant, as otherwise it simply won't work. I got the Dell S2409W and it fits the bill perfectly.

Ah cool, as long as it will work thats the main thing, the monitor is HDCP compliant :)
