Re: GPU Overclocking Tool
ATI Tools
ATI Tray tools
MSI Afterburner
EVGA Precision
I've found precision and ATI tray good (but not sure about the gtx260)
Re: GPU Overclocking Tool
Does the ATi stuff work with nVidia, and will the MSi and evga stuff still run on an Asus card ?

I know the EVGA precision works with ATI as I use it on my older rigs, one with HD2900gt and the other x1900xt.
MSI should be the same.
Only one way to find out :)
Re: GPU Overclocking Tool
I use Rivatuner to overclock my 8800GT
I remember I had to manually enter my driver number in the advanced settings somewhere to get it to work. Thread on Guru3d somewhere about it, an issue with a certain OS/Driver set.
I can also overclock my shaders from RivaTuner, I think it has something to do with what I've written above.
Re: GPU Overclocking Tool
The MSI one worked, evga required me to sign-up. I didn't try the other 2.
Re: GPU Overclocking Tool
I've always found EVGA precision to be the easiest of the bunch..but good luck OC'ing your card!
