Hmm, my openCL isn't detected - the hotfix should have included it right? Or do I need to install the old 9.12 before the hotfix?

Yup. When you install Sandra, it tells you what tests you'll be able to run based on the hardware/drivers it detects - eg stream, openGL. When it comes to the openCL one it says not detected so doesn't install the test for it.
