Not sure they should have a hotfix that lists 'improves performance of X' - that's not a specific fix unless there was a bug that lowered it in the first place.

"recommended for users experiencing the particular issue described above." How would I know if I had the issue of merely 'normal' performance with openGL before the hotfix improved it?

Hmm, my openCL isn't detected - the hotfix should have included it right? Or do I need to install the old 9.12 before the hotfix?

edit: no, still not detected by sandrasoft.

do you mean sisoft sandra? and where am i looking?

Yup. When you install Sandra, it tells you what tests you'll be able to run based on the hardware/drivers it detects - eg stream, openGL. When it comes to the openCL one it says not detected so doesn't install the test for it.
