What single slot passively cooled Nvidia card with HDMI should I get?

I'm in the process of building a HTPC based on a Shuttle SG33G5M Deluxe. I want an Nvidia based solution that supports CUDA so I can use CoreAVC to offload X264 decoding to the GPU.

Now since it's for an HTPC it really needs to be passively cooled. I can't put up with even a little fan noise, I want this box to be as quiet as is possible.

The box won't be used for anything except playing back video. No gaming whatsoever. Gaming performance doesn't matter at all, just CUDA compatibility. The PSU in the Shuttle isn't the beefiest, but apparently it'll handle an 8800GT just fine, so pretty much any passively cooled card will be less hungry than one of those I'd imagine.

I need it to have HDMI. I'm not at all familiar with HDMI in PCs, but it must output audio over HDMI, assuming there are some that don't.

So yeah, to sum up: Nvidia CUDA, HDMI, passively cooled, single slot, as cheap as possible. Any suggestions?

This card should do the job:

    http://www.ebuyer.com/product/176556

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/512MB...-DL-DVI-I-HDMI

However,AFAIK previous Nvidia cards could not output audio over HDMI and I uncertain whether the new ones are the same.

You will need spdif out from mobo unless you get ati card.

See, this is why I asked. According to wikipedia.

All GT21x GPUs also contain an audio processor inside and supports 8 channel LPCM output through HDMI
I don't want ATI specifically so I can offload decoding onto the GPU in CoreAVC.

The review for the card CAT-THE-FIFTH suggested also says:

Without needing an SPDIF connection this will, with the latest drivers, transmit sounds and vision via HMDI.
A solution that needed an spdif connection wouldn't be any use, since my sound card doesn't have one, only optical and plain old analogue.

I appreciate the reply Blaine, but it'd appear that you're wrong. I hope you're wrong.

The G210 card's a quid cheaper from Aria, but they suck and I get free delivery from Scan which will make it a few quid cheaper in the long run.

If an Ati solution would do the trick I'd go for that. It'd be almost a tenner less, but I'd be stuck with UVD/DXVA which will accelerate only videos compliant with certain profiles whereas CoreAVC/CUDA will do all the work when watching any x264.

That specific card does do it via onboard circuitry. My mistake
