It seems to be a very short card:

Actually I not so sure, short cards (length ways) are not so useful as short (height ways) as motherboards are standard lengths so just a shorter than the motherboard card doesn't do much.

However a lower profile card allows for a much narrower case.

Well that looks nice & Shuttle friendly, do we know how many shaders it will have?
