Graphics Cooler.

I'm buying a new cooler for my graphics card, and then probably new coolers for everything in my PC so i can have it running as quietly as possible.

but i'm struggling to find a decent review comparing several graphics coolers.
i've got my eye on the Thermalright HR-03 at the minute and found a few reviews for that. but there's no reviews comparing them all in the same system (none that i can find, anyway :()

so, does anyone know where i can find a review comparing several? or can anyone recommend a very good cooler? buying from Scan would be prefered :).

does no-one have any input at all for the HR-03?

i'm also considering getting myself a TRUE with 2 slow "push-pull" fans on it and getting a HR-05 chipset cooler.
trying to silence it as best as i can :)
