am have freezing problems now ive gone to crossfire.
Am running asus 5870 xfx 5870xt both running at 900/1300. while grid runs fine, just bought dirt 2.
Having freezing problem while in game.
ive done loaded the new 10.3 but still freezing. freezers in vantage also.
Any ideas on what else it could be. :help: spent all this money and its fighting me all the way.
Try running them at the ATI reference speeds rather than any overclock (850/1200), also what power supply do you have?

Will try other games to see wheather it does it in them.
At the mo i feel was going crossfire worth it. The answer is no
Both cards work good on there own.
Which OS are you running?

I might be wrong but I thought you needed an extra driver for Crossfire now?

What drivers ? 10.3a ? If so try going to the 10.3 whql version.
tryed them all. as a last thought put cpu back to stock and BINGO run fine with one card.... vantage, dirt2 ,crysis. all ran fine. will try with two card on stock cpu setting. if its my cpu will leave it at stock setting. so fingers crossed..
turned out to be my cpu. so running at 3ghz
