    Re: code 43 ?

    The code means the following:

Code 43: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems
I would check you have the correct drivers for the version of windows 7 you are running you can find them here http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk

    Re: code 43 ?

windows installed it's own drivers but i also downloaded the latest 9800series drivers from nvidia , also tried it in my system and same result . i would have expected the led's to show red if the board was fubar tbh , any tips welcome as it works fine before the drivers are installed and in safe mode

    Re: code 43 ?

Is that a Post Code error, or a Windows error? If the former it's a Southbridge Chipset error.

    Re: code 43 ?

I've read that you have to install the new drivers in normal windows without un-installing the latest drivers to stop windows installing the default drivers and screwing everything up. totally unnatural I know, I'm use to un-installing and running driversweeper before installing the new drivers, but it's apparently not ideal in windows 7
