Well as running physx on non-nvidia hardware is breaking lisenceing agreements I think hacked might be more appropriate.

the way they do that is worse than stuff microsoft did, I think they only reason they get away with it is because politicians don't have a clue about games, the behaviour is going on in the equivalent of a dark alley away from the main arguments because way more people use computers than play games (even including consoles). Hopefully as it gets more mainstream and the older generation dies off so that we have a generation that grew up with games in power that will change.![]()
