GTX260 with 480W PSU?

My 8800GT has developed issues, and so i've been searching to replace it.

Been offered a GTX260 card to replace it with, but I've got an older Tagan 480W PSU, iirc it does 28A on the 12V rail. Is this enough for the card, or do I need to also upgrade the PSU to use the GTX260?

I think the back of my GTX 260 box said 36/38 on the 12v.

You could be pushing it a bit. My computer pulls about 320w from the wall when playing GTA IV and that's with the GTX275, so a very similar graphics card, slightly more power draw though.

28*12=336w. You're gonna be cutting it fine.

Its more than enough, I've seen a 260 used on shuttle computers.
