    Looking for the best 24" + Monitor for sub £300

    as the title says i am moving to a 3rd monitor on my rig and I would like a 24" or bigger. Any ideas on this?

    24" or bigger, I'd go for the SM2443BW... 1920x1200, around £250 IIRC.

    It is a TN panel, but under £300 it's going to be TN... e-IPS at 1920x1080 is the next option up, but I think that would be over budget. Only the 22" versions seem to come in under £300.

    It is PVA, but only 22" and just over the £300 budget. I have always liked NEC monitors though...

    They do a TN 24" at £299 (These are the suggested prices - you might be able to find them a little cheaper - although they don't seem to be heavily discounted)

    the BenQ G2420HDBL looks decent as does the SyncMaster 2494HM and the Dell ST2410

    you can get an HP ZR24W with IPS panel for £323. Been some complaints about black level but I've got one and had no problems with it.
