Passively cooled DX11 cards?

Was waiting for Powercolor 5770 Go! Green that was mentioned in this Hexus video at CeBit 2010. The 5770 section stats 03:10

The only passive model that also doesn't need aux power cable listed on Powercolor website is the 5750. But Hexus video can clearly see 5770 on information display stand.

Was this ever released? Or know of an equivalent performance card available now?

Edit: Forgot to include in title that its got to be game capable. Something better than my 4670.
