What memory chips have you got & did you flash the right BIOS for the memory?
What cooling have you got etc.?

My 9500 Pro had a great core (yes, would do over 350) but the memory was Inferion & would top out at about 305.

& of course some people mod their cards (vmod, huge coolers etc.)

Assuming your 9500 has perfect pipes and not broken ones... then you should be able to match my overclock given good enough cooling (arctic silencer would do...) and a vmod.

Inineon mem without vmods with memsinks will hit ~315mhz. vmods should bring them upto about 330 but htey get very hot..
