Gainward and Pailt are the same company now If I remember correctly, so yes they may well be the same card with a different shroud, However the Gainward has an additional DVI port so there are some differences there.
The red pcb is a giveaway that it's a custom made pcb, as is the D-sub connector.
The Inno3d is reference all the way, right down to the colour of the pcb and the nvidia logo on it, so it's a reference card all the way.
So I'd go with the Inno3d as it's the cheapest or this EVGA one http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/768MB...s-2x-DVI-mHDMI which is also a totally reference card, your paying an extra £30 for a factory overclock and a 10 year warranty
(please note the other EVGA http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/768MB...-DVI-mini-HDMI card does NOT carry an extended warranty, only model numbers ending in ER or E1 now have 10 year warranties, other card have 2 year warranties )

Sorry photobucket links broken
Go with one which enables voltage to be upped so you can OC higher ?

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
If you need a VGA output you may as well go for the Palit since it has a native one. Otherwise just pick the cheapest (which would be the Inno3D, I believe...)
And if you really want to save a couple of pounds (~5%) then get the Palit one from CCL (~£144), I bought my Intel X25-V 40GB SSD from them before and it was pretty fast delivery IIRC.
I suggest you go for a better brand, Gigabyte, Asus, EVGA, even MSI
Just to ninja this thread, I'm looking to order a 1GB GTX 460 very soon but scan are out of stock of the Inno3D version for £175,
The gainward version is £186 and has 700MHz core clock vs the 675 Inno3D.
The gigabyte version is £187 and has 715MHz core clock and modified twin fan cooling.
So my question would be is it worthwhile waiting for scan to restock the inno3D, or does the gigabyte really warrant the extra £12.
Well, the twin fans are nice but seeing how well these cards clock in general paying for extra Mhz is a false economy IMO.
Saying that, the only card i would be looking at are ones that allow voltage control as thats the way you can hit 900Mhz+, or at least have the best chance to do so.

Does anyone have the Palit 768mb card?
Can voltages be adjusted with software only?
Are volts moddable on all GTX 460 cards?
