How similar do the cards have to be ?
Would any two GTX 460s work or do they have to be exactly the same ?
Would this EVGA work with this Gigabyte card ?
Same GPU and memory but one is OCed slightly higher than the other (GPU and memory).
Thanks.

yes they will work and both default to the slowest speed.
Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack
off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse.
What he said although its always best to get matching cards if possible as i know a few people who have problems with Xfire and SLI setups that have cards with different power phases working together.
Yeah you can mix manufacturers, but you should stick with cards that have the same chipset and memory size.
Make sure the slower card will be capable of doing the faster one's speeds safely or you will have a dead card
