    Graphics card for water cooling

Folks, I'm about to embark on a water cooled setup (more the fun of it than having an actual need for one). I'm getting there with most of the knowledge but I'm struggling with GPUs, it seems you need to have a "Reference" design ati card to water cool but other than the v.high end ones on ocuk I can't seem to find any.

At the mo I have 2 4890s (which may go into another pc) so I thought of a 6870 (seem good value for around £160) but I can't figure out if I can fit a water block to them or not!!!

Can someone give me some guidance on this!

    Dave

p.s. yes I know its probably best spending the water cooling money on a better gpu but I'm after a near silent install and doing it just for the hell of it

Have a look at "Cooling Configurator". Helped me out with a block for my non-ref card.

OK, I'll take a look at that.

Very helpful thanks. Hopefully their "visual" confirmation is good!

    Now to decide on a 6950 or a 560ti
