I may be able to offer a little food for thought on this one...
I have been doing a lot of research myself on GFX cards, with around £400 to spend I also looked at the two cards you are looking at.
It is difficult to answer your question directly because both cards perform about the same in terms of noise and thermals. I would personally save the £30 and go with the MSI Twin Frozr III. Purely because it is the cheaper card.
However, if you are open to ATI or AMD rather as they're known knowadays and your board can support Crossfire and you are happy to consider this, then I would go with two MSI 6870 Twin Frozr III cards at just a shade under £300. This combo will happily outperform the GeForce single 570 all day long for the same money. The one caveat is that your upgrade potential is limited here as you could always add an additional GeForce 570 further down the line if you went with your original choice - at a price of course.
Hope my advice has been useful.

The Z68 is being released soon and AFAIK Gigabyte is replacing their P67 motherboards with the Z68.
will the p67 components be compatable with the z68 motherboard?
before buying a 570, have you ccnsidered a 480? It's a top of the range card in 2010 and its cheaper. VERY good card http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=GX-079-GI
