Scan has this GTX460 1GB for around £100 sometimes:

However, for around £125 to £135 you can get an HD6870 which is a faster card.
You can get free postage from Scan too after 20 posts:

What is the specification of your system??
From a performance point of view, i would definitely say go for the 6870.
That MSI looks exactly as the Cyclone 460 (sans red and black shroud) i had which was very cool and quiet.![]()
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
I was looking at this GTX 560

What do you think ?
This HD6870 1GB is better value for money:

It also has a slight factory overclock too.
The HD6870 1GB at stock speeds is slightly faster than a GTX560 1GB at stock speeds:

The HD6870 1GB is cheaper and is better value for money.
This one I suspect:

I find the 1GB 460 really kicks it at 1080p. All games I play on it have AA set much higher then I really need and they are playing smooth as silk.
A friends 4870x2 kicked the bucket Sunday and he picked up the same card when it was on today only.....amazing value at just over a ton IMO.

Hi Chasser
Comparing with my previous GTX 260 Golden Sample is at least 60% quieter under full load and much much much fasterand is shorter than 260

And for this price (£109) you can't go wrong
I would recommend this card for sure
This is my first purchase from Scan but![]()
Might of missed it, but what resolution do you game at?
The Gigabyte dual fan GTX 460's have very quiet cooling.
