Can I drive 3 monitors on Z68 mobo and discrete graphics card?

I want to be able to run a 3 monitor setup and have a spare MSI nVidia GTX 460 graphics card. Can I hook 2 monitors to the GTX 460 and one monitor to the DVI/VGA on the Z68 mobo and run a 3 monitor setup ?

I will be using it primarily for desktop applications so the lackluster performance of the CPU Graphics (HD 3000 on 2600k ?) for gaming will not be of a major concern to me.

    Thanks

Yes you can. Using a GTX460 to run 2 x 2D screens seems extremely overkill though.....

You might be better off selling it and getting a cheap passive card unless you have future 3d plans for the 460.

Well I may want to harness the power of CUDA at some point, and the fact that its a spare card means it makes the most sense to use this card.
