    Reccomend Graphics Cards

I have finally saved up enough money to spend on a graphics card, i was advised not do do so before as my cpu intergrated graphics were suitable/good enough. However i would not like to have something slightly better. My budget it upto £90 bad home issues has ment spening some of my budget again. no longer lookign for a card unless i can get a decent one for £50-£90 that is better than onboard cpu graphics

Here are my computer specs(well what i assume you need to know):
    GigaByte GA-H67M-UD2H-B3 Ver B3
    520W ANTEC HIGH CURRENT GAMER
    Intel Core i5 2500K unlocked s

Also as a side question, does anyone know what the cables are called that connect the power button, reset button and other front panel connections to the motherboard, i shall need to buy extensions for these as they currently stretch over the gpu slot.

    Re: Reccomend Graphics Cards

For that price range you're really looking at the GTX560 or an AMD 6950, so it's just up to you to pick the retailer that you like to use and order one.

Is there any particular reason why you want a GFX card now? What res do you game at?

If you're currently using an inboard graphics card, upgrading to a £200 card is gonna be a MASSIVE difference

    Re: Reccomend Graphics Cards

For around £140 you can get a GTX 560 or a HD6870, both of which are great cards and will play most modern games very well indeed. No need to go for anything more expensive unless you have a very demanding setup (very high res monitor/multimonitor) or are dead set on playing the most demanding games on ultra settings.

560Ti 1Gb or 6950. They give similar performance in BF3 and are the best bang for buck cards out right now.

    Re: Reccomend Graphics Cards

Okay, i know i havent posted on this thread in a while, but i had soem financial situations and home emergencies that came up and now i cant do the above budget, but a little over half of it, so around £120 max. can anyone recommend a graphics card that would be better then the intergrated cpu graphics?

    Re: Reccomend Graphics Cards

You can sometimes pick up HD6870's for £120. I would find one of them or a GTX560 but they seem to be a little more expense at the minute.
