    Matrox G400

Hi, i am currently at work and am attempting to configure a Matrox G400 for mirrored display, one display being a Sony Flatscreen monitor, model i couldn't tell you, the other being a projector. I can set it up to be an extended desktop, i can also have the desktop display on one other other but i cannot get the card to mirror on both display devices.

If anyone has experience with Matrox G400 cards and mirroring displays i'd appreciate any suggesitons, i've looked around all settings and the drivers are the latest version.

    Thanks

Gotta admit, its a long long time since i had my matrox cards. I can not for the life of me remember the driver layout.

Can you not just run the sony monitor from the VGA out on the projector or is the cable not long enough?

its been ages since I've used one of these cards - but from memory, there should be a Dual Head tab with radio buttons. One option should be "Dualhead Clone,DVDMax or Zoom" and below a check box with either "dual head clone" or "dualhead DVDMax"

Also make sure any time window's asks whether you want to extend your desktop, say no.
