    Leadtek non-ultra/GT cards - most are b0rked?

Looks like something has gone wrong down at Leadtek, this thread:

Shows loads of people having the same problem. Not good really, not surprisingly its still in stock at Tekheads:

eek doesn't look good at all according to that nvnews website - and we've just added that particular card to our website as we're getting stock soon.

Cheers Noxis - I've forwarded that to our tech team

No probs, I have heard a suggesion that a simple bios flash should fix it. But then again thats neither yours or the customers responsibility but its worth noting IMO.

It could be that it only effect early stock and Leadtek have sorted the problem?

Sounds like just a BIOS problem as stated in one of those posts on the other forum link and the fact the problems arent universal to the core nature of the card.
I dont like sig pics so i turn off sigs Which doesnt help when i dont know what ive written here! DOH!

but the non ultra is the only card with pipes disabled. Also it ships with standard DDR.

COuld be that the pipes are disabled incorrectly.

Still, how the hell do you release a batch of cards without testing them!

Update. Leadtek tech supp are telling me that's it's just my card and it isn't a problem with the first batch.

This doesn't agree with my findings so far, so anyone who gets one of these let me know how it goes!
