Powercolor - decent cards or not?

Pretty obvious from the thread title really. 9600pro by powercolor on OcUK for £78.67 seems a pretty decent deal to me, so I want to know if there's any problems with these cards?

I read somewhere that they ( well the 9800 pro anyway) came slightly overclocked from standard......but it wouldnt overclock anymore, so if your lookin at keeping the card at stock speeds then it should be fine. ( again Ive stated the 9800pro card so cant really comment on the 9600 pro )
