I don't understand the question. Are you asking how to overclock it ?
The CPU will only draw what it requires from the PSU.
Technically, you cannot have a PSU that has too high a wattage......

Are you asking what is the minimum power supply to run a Pentium 4 system?
A power supply does not always produce the amount of power written on the side of it. It is a bit like a plug that's plugged into a wall socket.Quote:

So, it is the same with a power supply. If your computer, whether it is Pentium 4 or Xeon or Core 2 Duo, requires 400W of power to run, then you can have a 400W power supply, or a 500W, or a 600W, or even a 1500W.
