    Geforce GTX 560 Ti

So I'm after a new computer and was wondering what you guys think of the above named card? Is it still viable or is it a bit long in the tooth now?

Should I consider the GTX 570 instead for extra longevity?

    Thanks

    Re: Geforce GTX 560 Ti

The AMD Radeon 7800 series should be released in March, and the 7850 should be better bang4buck than the 560Ti. And there's the NVIDIA 660 that is still shrouded in rumour...

    Re: Geforce GTX 560 Ti

So far none of the 7000 series have turned out to be great bang4buck and I cannot see any new ones being great value either until nvidia put some pressure back on them.

    Re: Geforce GTX 560 Ti

    Thanks for the responses.

I'm not planning on playing at anything over 1920x1080 (1200) so would a 1GB card suffice.

I'm actually looking at the Gainward Golden Sample GTX 560 Ti.

Games would be BF3. Mass Effect 3, etc.
