I've recently bought the Sapphire HD 7750 1Gb graphics card.
Should I get the drivers from the Sapphire site, or should I get the drivers from the AMD site? Is there any real difference?
Sapphire site has drivers from Feb 16th 2012 and the AMD site has drivers from Mar 7th 2012.

Rule of thumb is: Always get from AMD/nVidia, never use the branded drivers.

Any particular reason?
At the core they're based on the same drivers, but manufacturers might wrap them in with other bits of software you may or may not need/want. Because of this they're also usually not as up to date as ones direct from AMD.
However, manufacturers will have drivers that will definitely work with the card - with new cards the general drivers might not support them yet, while AMD will have provided manufacturers with early versions that do support the new cards.
AMD drivers will always be the latest,
But you may want to check the sapphire site for utilities/software
I just had a look at the XFX website and they have the same 12.2 version number but their driver file is about 4mb smaller than the drivers hosted on the ATI/AMD site. I've never used the XFX drivers and don't know if there are any differences between them, but I would be interested in finding out if anyone knows what differences, if any, are there?
probably just a bunch of different logos flung around
4mb over 200mb might even be better compression.
