GTX 675M is better, according to this write up.

If you look at their benchmark table you will see that the Radeon HD 6970M received a 12% lower score in 3D Mark 2011.

675M is a bit faster, but consumes more power. It's still made on the 40nm process, even though it's using the "6" nomenclature.
