    I dont think I'm going to touch Gainward again, not after experiencing their poor quality control on my 6800GT. All of their first cards, 6800U included were shipped with the wrong/duff bios.

    They had an incorrect BIOS on that caused the cards to run at what I would call crippled speeds. Its all fixed now according to gainward so hopefully their cards will be available again shortly.

    Yea they are some Ultras now that come with 2.0ns but not the GW I believe.

    Yeah my GT wouldnt hit the guaranteed speeds of 400/1100, it gave graphical corruption and would lock the system up randomly.

    Well it turned up today XFX 6800Ultra (not bad 1 day from thinking about it to on the door step), comes clocked at 425, all I can say is WOW! this thing is fast.
    I can now play Battlefield Vietnam at 1600x1200 with all settings maxed, and vsync on, and it's as smooth as silk. Fantastic.
