New Card, GTX 670, Inno3D Anyone?

Looking to purchase a new Graphics Card. Adamant now that im getting a GTX 670. Question is which one? lol Ive come across a new Custom Card from Inno3D, Inno3D GTX 670 HerculeZ 3000 Edition. My limit of spend is £340, and this card seems to have pretty decent cooling and a great OC (Not that bothered about OC, a card with decent cooling and ill do the rest ;) ). However, ive never heard of Inno3D before nor have i had any of their products. Does anyone have any experience or stories to share about them? Are they known for developing faults, horrible RMA process?, Warranty etc.

My other alternative is the Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce 3X. I would have no worries buying a Gigabyte card. Lower clocks than the Inno3D but the same if not better cooling so i could crank thing's up to match. Only thing is, ive just made the money to buy a card and these are flying out of retail warehouses.

InnoVision multimedia ltd (inno3D) have been around for a long time as far as I can remember, I'm not sure about the quality of their cards but I'm sure if u give a google or wiki search you will find something.

Sparkle is actually pretty good, they used to have a European base in sweeden (or norway) but that got closed down a while back, I've still got a factory overclocked sparkle FX5200 some place
for a long time their low profile 9800gt and gts250 where the best and most powerful low profile cards you could get and AFAIK they are still the most powerful low profile nvidia cards you can get, which is why they still command a rather high price.
Most of their cards are stock, they did do some card with really good aftermarket cooling too, however after they closed down their european office they've not really had much of a presence in europe,

On the the brand at hand namely Inno3D
They mainly sell stock cards except for the i-chill range who's coolers are made by various companies, Arctic cooling, Zalman or ZeroTherm (well the older card did)
Their iChill card do tend to be decent esp in respect to the after market coolers but often come with a price tag

I think these coolers are a custom job so no idea of the OEM for them.
Full warranty of Inno3D cards should be handled by the retailer, there's a few brands like this, if you contact them they'll just tell you to contact the retailer, it should be 3 years on the ichill range, but it would be best to check with the retailer first and only get one from a retailer you trust.

Really?...I had nothing but bad luck from sparkle cards i have bought 3 gfx cards in the past and had problems with each card, Maybe i was just unlucky :(
