I've also been looking for a 6" - 7" TFT to replace the 4" jobbie on my in-car video system (bought for £67 on Ebay!). There are literally hundreds on offer on Ebay but the majority seem to be from USA or Hong Kong. The prices are tempting but you get hit with duty unless you're very lucky.

I'll have another google hunt tonight and post any findings.

They do all sorts of items for a CarPC like 12v DC-DC power supplies. I bought mine second hand, and he had bought it from this site.

If you can, get the Xenarc TFTs instead of the Lilliput ones, better quality build.
