Know exactly how you feel. Every time I think I'm done, I read around a few hardware sites and the credit card starts burning in my pocket again. It's a conspiracy, I tell ya. :-)

Still, I think I've disciplined myself to hold off for a year now, until dual-core and PCi-e take hold. Might buy some cheap cables and printer-paper to tide me over, though - they are 'hardware' after all. :-)

LoL I've been there so many times and dug myself so many holes over the years I've lost count. Luckily (or not depending how you look at it) I've reached that point in life where my rig is not my primary financial driving force and can quite happily 'live with what I've got'.

It gets easier, you just have to admit you have a problem first

LoL no I found those years ago and it cost me dearly for the learning. No nowadays it's mortgages, pensions, life insurance, bills, bills and more bills.....<sigh> Ah well, kids next!
