Noticed on Scan, and OcUK got deals going with these two games, guess this is to comabat the games giveaway with AMD.
Still think prices need to come do with a price drop.

Nice find. Which would you get, gtx 660 or a hd 7950?
Well the 7950 is the faster card, compared to the GTX 660.Originally Posted by imunkee

I wish Nvidia would drop prices by around 15%, I've owned both AMD/ATI and Nvidia in the past, it's hard to choose when your past few cards have been Nvidia, makes you want to buy another, but the price difference is all in the favor of the 7950's, great performance for a good price.
The deal is there for selected models only, not all cards.
A friend of mine got an EVGA 670 last month and he didn't get borderlands, and I just ordered myself an MSI power edition 660 Ti which should be arriving today which only comes with Assassins creed 3 and no Borderlands 2.
To make things even more confusing, each site gives different offers, the OcUK version of the card I ordered comes with Borderlands but costs like £20 extra and no free shipping, and the EVGA 670 my friend got has both games on OCuK and nothing on Scan. Figured it would be cheaper to buy it on steam by the time I got round to playing it then pay the difference.
The 660 certainly seems priced well to me, mid way between the 7850 and 7870, and it matches the 7870 in most titles.
Starting at £160.80 on Scan seems pretty attractive, although I would pay the extra for the TF3 model.
i really don`t think this is the best time to be buying a new graphic card or any other hardware. It would be better to wait until the new year starts, lot of good deals then also you have a better idea of what new hardware will be coming out in 2013 which always knocks down prices.
Mid way between the HD 7850 and HD 7870? The HD 7870 is a lot cheaper though?

You are talking about the GTX 660?
Prices on scan for the MSI TF3:
7850: £149.74
660: £166.39
7870: £180.94
They are all good options depending on different buyers needs and how they value the included games bundles.
The cards performance is definitely in that order, although the GTX660 will place very close behind the 7870 at the most typical resolution of 1080p.
Well i still think a 7950 is better value right now but those games are pretty good. However currently theres a weird deal on overclockers uk where you get 6 games with a £240 msi (one of the best heatsinks) cards. So im currently set on getting that.
You can get 3 games with a 7950 from scan plus a 20% voucher for medal of honour.
the 3 games are sleeping dogs, assasins creed 3 and far cry 3
Was thinking of picking up a 660 to anyway and I actually wanted borderlands so this deal has worked out quite nice for me!
Never played an assasins creed game so gonna be interesting to give it a go.
Butuz
What I find weird is 7870 has more free games than the 7970 with some cards. :S
It is for all models, the offer only just came into effect in the last 2 weeks or so.
Pro tip for anyone that bought from OCuK before the offer, email them and say that you never received your codes and just give them your order number from your card and bingo, 2 free games.
