Stick with the GTX660, it is the best card at that price point, but get this one:

The GTX 660 is faster than a 7850 and you can't get a 7870 for as cheap.
I have to agree. 660 is the right card for your money. 7870 could potentially be marginally faster on some games, but is not worth the extra cash you would spend.
Just make sure you have enough power to handle your card and you shouldn't have too many problems.
