Yet another TFT thread (you love 'em really)

    Right, i have moolah!

Now, what I want is a 17" TFT which has a DVI input. No such thing as a budget.

Can someone give me a list of the best ones to get and also the e-tailers to get them from?

I've been looking at the Hyundai Imagequest Q17+ which has a response time of 12ms and a contrast ratio of 500:1 and it apparently has the same panel as the Hercules Prophetviews (when they existed).

I've also taken a look at the Samsung 172X although it's out of stock at OcUK

Reminder that I don't pay VAT and the only e-tailer i usually go with is overclockers since they ALWAYS take VAT off as opposed to many other online companies.

Currently I have a Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930SB 19" CRT which i find is very poor quality compared to my laptops TFT.

    Any recommendations?

    Cheers

You think the Diamond Pro 930SB is poor quality? Blimey, I think it's excellent. It's looked great with everything I've thrown at it on a 9600XT at 1600x1200@85Hz!

I was gonna suggest the LG 1710P. What's the difference?

Did a load of researching and went for the Hyundai in the end.

Also made an order of £700 worth from the same e-tailer
